Terms of Service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of khuncamp.com and any engagement with Khun Camp ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a call, signing an agreement, or otherwise engaging our services, you ("client," "you") agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Khun Camp provides content strategy, scripting, production, editing, posting, scheduling, and community management services, structured as a one-time "Build" project followed by an ongoing monthly "Retainer." Exact scope, deliverables, and pricing for both are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement provided after an initial consultation call. These Terms govern the relationship generally, and the specific agreement governs scope and price for your engagement.
2. Fees and payment
The Build is billed as a one-time fee. The Retainer is billed monthly and carries a three-month minimum commitment from the start date, as described on our Offer page. Invoices are due on the terms stated in your agreement; late payment may result in a pause of services until the account is current.
3. Client responsibilities
Our process depends on timely client participation: filming when a shot list is provided, showing up to scheduled strategy calls, and giving feedback within a reasonable window. Delays on the client's side may extend timelines or reduce the volume of content produced in a given month without extending the engagement term.
4. Intellectual property
Once an invoice for a piece of work is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered content (edited videos, graphics, captions, and similar deliverables) transfers to the client. Khun Camp retains the right to display finished work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Raw/unedited footage, internal templates, and our proprietary process documentation remain Khun Camp's property.
5. No guaranteed results
Content marketing is a compounding channel, not a guaranteed outcome. While we set realistic expectations (typically 60–90 days before consistent inbound activity) and report transparently on what's working, we do not guarantee specific follower counts, view counts, bookings, or revenue.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement (strategy documents, financials, unreleased content) and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the Retainer after the three-month minimum has been satisfied, with written notice per the notice period stated in your agreement. Fees for work already completed or in progress at the time of termination remain due.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khun Camp's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your signed agreement. Where no agreement specifies otherwise, Vietnamese law applies, given Khun Camp's operating base in Da Nang.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
