Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using khuncamp.com or any services provided by Khun Camp ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Services

Khun Camp provides content growth services including, but not limited to:

  • YouTube growth strategy and creator development
  • Content-to-customer systems for businesses
  • AI systems installation and team enablement
  • Diagnostics, deep dives, and implementation sprints
  • Monthly retainer engagements

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are outlined in the service agreement or order confirmation provided at the time of purchase.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the amount stated.

One-time services: All one-time purchases (diagnostics, sprints, implementation packages) are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

Monthly retainers: Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to sales@getkhuncamp.com. You will be billed for services rendered up to the cancellation date. No partial-month refunds are provided.

If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on khuncamp.com — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Khun Camp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Work product created specifically for you under a service agreement becomes your property upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information when requested
  • Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
  • Grant access to platforms, accounts, or assets required to perform the services
  • Not use our work product in a manner that violates any applicable law or third-party rights

6. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Khun Camp related to your service, appointments, and promotions. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at sales@getkhuncamp.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantee that our services will achieve specific results, including but not limited to subscriber growth, revenue targets, or search rankings. Content growth involves variables outside our control, including platform algorithm changes.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khun Camp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive or unlawful behaviour, or if continuation of the engagement is no longer feasible. In the event of termination by us without cause, we will refund a pro-rated portion of any prepaid fees.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
