Shawn Arrington, founder of Khun Camp, spoke at Nomads in Paradise 2026 in Siargao on Monday, Oct 19, from 10:00 to 10:30. His session was called “Augmenting Yourself: Building AI Systems Around Your Gift”.
The idea
From the session description: “Most people reach for AI to replace work. The sharper move is to augment yourself first.”
Where it sat in the day
Monday, Oct 19 was the first conference day, held at Isola Del Sole Villas and Resort, and it was about AI and building a business. Talks started at 9:30 and ran in half-hour slots. Shawn's slot sat alongside talks on using AI to grow social media, running a company with AI and building apps without a coding background. The afternoon moved to longer hands-on sessions, and the day ended with a karaoke night.
